A Family Affair

Our History
For over two centuries, our family has dedicated itself to sustainable forestry practices, starting with our ancestors' arrival from Scotland in 1811.
Seven generations later, we continue to honor our heritage by actively protecting and nurturing the land for the benefit of future generations.

Awards
We were immensely proud to receive the 2019 Central Nova and 2019 Nova Scotia Woodland Owner of the Year award, which underscores our dedication to sustainable forestry and land stewardship, as well as our values and ongoing contributions to our community.

A New Chapter
In 2017, we took a pivotal step forward by acquiring property in Prince Edward Island, which enables us to continue our family’s long-standing commitment to sustainable forestry and to share this passion with future generations.

A New Challenge
This new property presents a remarkable opportunity to explore and nurture a diverse array of woodlands, showcasing various ecosystems and natural resources. We are eager to build upon this legacy, implementing sustainable practices that will preserve the land’s inherent beauty.
