A Family Affair

Our History
Our commitment to forestry spans seven generations, beginning when our family immigrated from Scotland to Nova Scotia in 1811.
Throughout the years, we have cultivated a deep respect for the land, ensuring its health and vitality for future generations.

Awards
We were immensely proud to receive the Nova Scotia Woodland Owner of the Year award in 2019, which underscores our dedication to sustainable forestry and land stewardship, as well as our values and ongoing contributions to our community.

A New Chapter
In 2017, we took a pivotal step forward by acquiring property in Prince Edward Island, which enables us to continue our family’s long-standing commitment to sustainable forestry and to share this passion with future generations.

A New Challenge
This new property presents a remarkable opportunity to explore and nurture a diverse array of woodlands, showcasing various ecosystems and natural resources. We are eager to build upon this legacy, implementing sustainable practices that will preserve the land’s inherent beauty.
